3. Acceptable Use

4. AI-Generated Content

All characters on Candy AI are fictional and AI-generated. Any resemblance to real persons is purely coincidental. Content is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute a real relationship or advice.

5. Subscription and Billing

Candy AI offers free and paid plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel in settings. Charges appear as "EverAI". Prices in USD unless stated otherwise; local taxes may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

Candy AI content, software and technologies belong to EverAI Limited or are licensed to it. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal non-commercial use.

7. Privacy

Your use of Candy AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Candy AI is provided "as is", without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure service. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim express or implied warranties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverAI Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of Candy AI.

10. Changes to Terms

We may change these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes means accepting the new terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or notification.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta and, when applicable, the laws of Canada. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
